These beta terms are an implementation-aligned draft and are not a substitute for legal review before a general public release.

1. The service

FIT by TOBURT provides educational tools for food-label interpretation, nutrition and meal planning, grocery organization, exercise planning, workout logging, progress tracking, and AI-assisted explanations and coaching. Features may change as the service develops.

2. General wellness—not medical care

FIT and TOBURT are not doctors, registered dietitians, physical therapists, or emergency services. FIT does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Scores, nutrient totals, calorie targets, recipes, product information, workout plans, calories burned, and AI responses are estimates that can be incomplete or unsuitable for an individual.

3. Exercise safety

Stop exercising if you experience pain, faintness, chest pain, sudden weakness, severe shortness of breath, loss of control, or another concerning symptom. Contact local emergency services for emergencies. Confirm that equipment is maintained and appropriate and follow gym and manufacturer instructions.

4. Food and allergy limitations

Product databases, labels, retailer information, AI output, and recipes may be incomplete or change. FIT cannot guarantee freedom from allergens, cross-contact, contamination, or labeling errors. Inspect the current physical package and contact the manufacturer when uncertain. A barcode or ingredient name does not by itself prove pesticide, aflatoxin, glyphosate, microplastic, carcinogen, or other contaminant exposure.

5. Accounts and AI output

Users must provide accurate information and protect their credentials. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or repetitive and must be reviewed before use. Users may not bypass limits, probe for secrets, automate abusive requests, or use FIT for unlawful or harmful activity.

6. Beta and subscriptions

Beta access is currently free and no payment is collected. If subscriptions launch, FIT will disclose pricing, billing periods, allowances, renewal, and cancellation before purchase. Deleting a FIT account will not automatically cancel a future Apple or Google subscription.

7. Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Permanent account deletion is available inside the app. Information required by law may be retained only as legally permitted.

8. Availability and contact

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without a promise of uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy. Questions can be sent to support@toburt.com.
