Delete your account

FIT includes permanent account deletion directly in the iPhone app.
Delete inside FIT
- Sign in to FIT.
- Open You.
- Scroll to Account controls.
- Select Begin account deletion.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Deletion is permanent. The authenticated server deletes the account and related FIT records governed by our database deletion rules.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@toburt.com from the email associated with the account. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Future subscriptions
Deleting a FIT account will not automatically cancel a future Apple or Google subscription. Store billing must be canceled separately through the applicable store account.
